1. Can I personalize a product?

2. Do you create completely custom designs?

3. How do I place a custom order?

4. What material do you use?
We primarily use high-quality PLA filament, which offers excellent print quality and durability for most products.
5. Do you deliver across India?
Yes. We offer Pan India delivery with secure packaging to ensure your products arrive safely.
6. How long does it take to process an order?
Processing time depends on the product and the level of customization. An estimated production timeline will be shared once your order is confirmed.
7. Do you accept bulk or corporate orders?
Yes. We undertake bulk orders for businesses, schools, colleges, events, exhibitions, and corporate gifting. Please contact us for a custom quote.
9. What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We'll review the issue and work with you on an appropriate solution.
