Standard Products
If you receive a standard (non-customized) product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
To help us review your request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product
- Photos of the packaging (if applicable)
Once the issue has been verified, we'll work with you to provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
Personalized & Custom Products
As personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, they cannot be returned or refunded due to:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect information provided by the customer
- Personal preferences after production
- Minor colour or surface variations that naturally occur during the 3D printing process
We kindly request you to review all customization details carefully before confirming your order.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
After reviewing the issue, we'll arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or refund where applicable.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before production has started.
Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible, especially for personalized or custom-made products.
Refund Process
If a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
